Forget the Resort Pool. Fiji’s First Multi-Day Cycling Trip Is Here!
And it’s nothing like any Pacific adventure you’ve done before.
Most people picture Fiji as sun loungers, swim-up bars, and reef snorkelling just steps from the bungalow. And look, there’s nothing wrong with that. But a growing number of travellers are quietly wondering: is there more? Can you actually explore Fiji (its jungle tracks, remote villages, rugged coastlines) rather than just float above it?
The answer, as of 2026, is a resounding yes. iBike Fiji has launched one of South Pacific’s only multi-day cycling trip, and it’s unlike anything else on the market.
9 Days, 154 km, Two Islands and One Unforgettable Ride
The iBike Fiji Multi-Day Cycling Trip is a 9-day, 8-night guided e-bike journey that takes small groups of up to six guests deep into a side of Fiji most travellers never see.
You’ll with two days in Viti Levu followed by a week in Vanua Levu (Fiji’s rugged, largely undiscovered second island). Pedalling through remote villages, dense jungle tracks, and open coastal roads before finishing at Nukubati Island, a private eco-resort with exclusive access to the Great Sea Reef. That’s 154 kilometres of riding spread across the week, on premium off-road e-bikes that make the terrain accessible without taking away the adventure.
This isn’t a flat, paved bike path. It’s the real Fiji.

It’s Hard to Explain What Makes It Special. But We’ll Try.
The thing about this trip is that it’s not just a cycling tour. It’s more like a slow, layered introduction to a place.
On any given day you might be grinding up a jungle track in the morning, sharing lunch with a family in a remote village at midday, and watching the sun drop into the Pacific from the deck of a sunset cruise in the evening. The days are full, but never rushed.
Along the way, the experience is woven through with activities that genuinely connect you to Fiji’s land and people. There’s a tour of the Kokomana cacao farm, where you’ll learn how organic chocolate is grown and processed sustainably. A herbal medicine walk with local knowledge that’s been passed down for generations. Snorkelling in waters most tourists never reach. A kava ceremony with villagers. A waterfall shared with locals only.
Every experience has been carefully chosen by the Duavata Collective, a partnership of eco-conscious Fiji operators including iBike Fiji, Muanivatu Trails (a Fijian-owned guide operation based at Vuadomo village), Kokomana Farm, and Nukubati Island Resort. When you book this trip, your money flows directly into local communities and sustainable tourism businesses.
Who Is This For?
The iBike Fiji Multi-Day Cycling Trip is designed for curious, active travellers who want to explore a country by bicycle rather than from a beach chair. Based on the guests who’ve joined iBike’s day tours, the sweet spot tends to be travellers with some off-road riding confidence, people who are comfortable with a physical challenge but also very happy to end the day with a cold drink and a great view.
The e-bikes do a lot of the heavy lifting. They level the playing field significantly, which means the trip isn’t just for hardcore cyclists. If you can ride a bike, handle some uneven ground, and are open to stepping outside your comfort zone in a balanced, thoughtful way, this was made for you.
The small group maximum of six guests means you’re never lost in a crowd. You get real access: to guides, to communities, to places, and to the kind of spontaneous moments that don’t happen on a bus tour with 40 other people.
What’s Included
The price for this 9-day trip is AUD $4,400 per person, and covers a lot more than most comparable adventure tours:
- 8 nights of accommodation
- Return flights from Nadi to Labasa
- All transfers throughout the trip
- A premium off-road e-bike, charger, and helmet
- A local guide, a dedicated trip host, and a support vehicle
- Most meals and snacks throughout the journey
- All activities: sunset cruise, cacao farm tour, herbal medicine walk, snorkelling, waterfall visit, kava ceremony, and village experience
Four departures are planned for 2026, with limited spots per trip. If this sounds like your kind of adventure, it’s worth moving sooner rather than later.

Why This Trip Matters Beyond the Ride
There’s a shift happening in travel. More people are asking: where does my money go? Who benefits from this experience? Am I seeing the real place, or a version of it packaged for tourists?
The iBike Fiji Multi-Day Cycling Trip is a direct answer to those questions. It was built by local experts, for travellers who want something meaningful. The Duavata Collective exists specifically to support eco-conscious tourism in Fiji, directing spending toward local guides, village hosts, sustainable farms, and conservation-minded resorts.
