All bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due on the tour day. In case of cancellations, we offer a full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour will forfeit the deposit. If we need to cancel a tour due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule or provide a full refund.

Please note that we assume no liability for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during the tour. Before boarding, guests are required to sign a liability waiver.
