iBike 4-hour Guided E-Bike Tour In Fiji.

Our base is located at Bulaccino Farm in Votualevu, Nadi. Pick up and drop off in Nadi and Denarau area are included in the price. For location outside of that, we can assist arranging transport at an additional cost or you can ask the reception of your hotel to organise it for you.

• Comfortable, active wear (please respect local villages protocols and cover shoulders)
• Closed shoes 
• A cap/hat and/or sunglasses (preferably with a strap)
• Sunscreen
• Water bottle

We will generally go if there are light showers or rain with a forecast to stop. A little bit of dirt makes it all the more fun! The advantage of Fiji is that it is rarely cold. Given that the safety of our guests is a priority, we might choose to reschedule the tour in case of heavy rains, which will be communicated before pick-up. If rescheduling is not an option, we will happily issue a refund.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings are non-refundable within 24 hours of pick-up time (or tour start time if no
  pick up is arranged).
• A full refund is offered in case of cancellation by iBike Fiji for the following reasons:
  – The minimum amount of people not met
  – Severe weather conditions
• Subject to availability, one change of date per booking is permitted. If a booking date
  change occurs the right to request a refund under the cancellation policy is waived,
  so the booking then becomes completely non-refundable regardless of notice
  provided for any further possible cancellations.
• In case of a refund, please note these may take 30 days or more to be returned to
  you. This depends on the method of payment used and the amount owed in a refund.
  We will endeavour to return your refund to you as soon as possible,
  but this process can take some time due to the complex foreign transfer and credit card requirements imposed in Fiji.
